Their perfume is not authentic. FAKE PERFUME!!! Spent $160 on 2 different perfumes that smelled the exact same. Smelled like someone mixed together alcohol and spit! Horrible!

Terrible customer service and products quality control!!! They were on sale on the website. So I brought many lipsticks. But all of them are expired. They are made over 3years and the customer service keep telling me the products have minimum 3years and refused to return. After I was talking with them for over a month (they reply email so slow) they asked me mail the products. But I have no access for the products for a long time. And they just hold my money refuse to return my money. They don’t realize it is their fault sending the expired products and you have to sacrifice your time to get your own money back which is YSL’s fault. They don’t do anything to show their customers they are sorry for selling you expired products. Really disappointed and will never buy anything from this company again. If you still want YSL, at least don’t buy any on sale products. They are made at least 3 years ago. Who knows if it is still good on face!!

I am very disappointed with YSL. I ordered one fragrance, never received it. I then requested a refund. Instead of giving me a refund, they charged me again. I have been very patient calling twice a week. They keep saying it has been escalated and i will receive an email and phone call. Doesnt hapoen. Its 40 days. I thought YSL was a luxury high end company. I feel something isnt right here. I feel its a scam because when you speak to a customer rep they tell you to hold on while they escalate it. Im down 200.00, no fragrance, and I dont know what to do. Any suggestions?

Received a defective perfume directly from yslbeauty.com (smells like gas) and was told they would not provide a label to send the defective product but if I had called and said the perfume was damaged they would of sent a free one. What a joke I have to pay to ship a defective item back to you but if I had lied and said it was broken you would send a free one. I will never purchase this brand again. I can look past a defective product but the customer service experience ruined my experience.

WORST, SCAM company
They never delvier your order and never refund , I ordered last year worth 334$ they didn't deliver my order and said would refund since then they are lying that they will refund but they never do And Customer Representative abuse you and hang up the call, you never get to talk to supervisor in SHort it's a Fraud Company

Whilst I was extremely sceptical, after placing my order THEN reading some bad reviews about this site, I received my perfume order today (within a week of ordering). I am very happy with the product and engraving, my only criticism is the postal box was not securely taped and was squashed in transit, thankfully nothing broken. I feel confident to order from YSL Beauty again in the future.

Never ordering again from ysl terrible customer service so rude and so desrespectful its like they are doing a favore for you i ordered libre intense and payed extra for fast shipping package came in 7 days with only 2 samples without my perfume when i called the girl gave me attitude asking to take a picture and send it to customer service email so rude and telling me with a attitude thats the policy its like take it or leave it terrible NEVER EVER AGAIN😡😡

I would give zero stars if I could. Unreasonably long wait time to speak to a representative and they canceled the order without letting me know and it was a birthday present!!!! I wouldn’t have realized if I didn’t track my order. Never ordering anything from YSL ever again.

I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! THEY HAVE THE WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! BUY THE PRODUCTS FROM OTHER RETAIL PLACES IF YOU LOVE YSL BEAUTY PRODUCTS LIKE I DO! CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS DON'T HAVE ANY KNOWDELGE OF THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. I AM CERTAIN ALL THESE REPS ARE NOT EVEN TRAINED PROPERLY!

While I love their products, I will not buy from their website again. (Actually, I probably won't use the products anymore either.) I paid $45 for something they did not include in my delivery. I have tried four times to get help from customer service, and they just keep giving me the run around. Send us photos of the box. Send us a photo of the invoice. Send us your email. (This request was sent TO my email account.) Now, they are not responding at all. I am out $45, and that's just not right.
